Bonsoy Soy Milk recall

Please do not panic. I have attached some links to the site for Bonsoy in Australia and the governement pages.

If you are concerned you can call me on my mobile.

Iodine can be a problem for some with thyroid issues and perhaps if you have taken Bonsoy for a long period or  if it shown that Bonsoy Millk has had higher than normal amounts over a recent period, we do not know as yet for how long the levels have been elevated.

It is advisable to stop drinking it and please take all product back to the store you bought it from for a refund.If you have been taking for a while please see your health practitioner, reduce all foods containing iodine in the short term.
Most other Soy milks do not contain Kombu (seaweed that contains Iodine) please check the ingredients.

I reminder to us all. With the busy time ahead over Christmas we need to take extra care of ourselves. We are better able to cope with the day ahead if we start with an early morning  "Sadhana" or daily practice. Qi gong or Yoga are ideal but so is a mindful walk in nature.
