Is a time of rest. Universally we follow this trend and keep indoors more, eat nuturing well coooked food and enjoy turning inward. As in nature we need only to go out to secure our nourishment. It is important that we are well nourished in Winter. This means easy to digests slow cooked wholesome foods. It also means other ways we nourish ourselves. Attending Yoga or Tai Ji Quan classes, meeting friends in a warm coffe shop or having family around to warm in front of the fire. We each have similar yet sometimes different needs.
