Stephen has dedicated his life to raising awareness and helping himself and others find true happiness and the one cause of happiness.(ask Him)
Although his studies are broad and deep he feels that Knowledge is useful however true healing required both the attention of both the practitioner and patient to activate the healing wisdom of the body.
He has found that Wisdom can only arise when we truly know who we are, when we learn to settle the mind and gain some space from our habitual reactions.
All of Stephen's patients have one thing in common, they are looking for more than a quick fix, they are on the path of self transformation.
